Michael P. McDonough, CPA
Mike has dedicated his professional life to giving his clients the tax and financial guidance needed to make them successful. Mike began his career in the Private Client Services Group of PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP in 2001. He focused primarily on the taxation of closely-held companies, private-equity partnerships, their owners, and other high net worth individuals. In 2006 Mike left PwC to begin building his own practice and later founded McDonough, McDonough and Corsini, LLP with his 2 former PwC colleagues, Leah and Dennis. Mike provides his clients with the strategic tax planning and expertise necessary to help minimize current and future tax liabilities and increase their overall net worth. He is a trusted advisor to his business clients in the areas of taxation, accounting, succession planning and general business guidance.
Mike graduated Magna Cum Laude with his B.S. in Accounting from Syracuse University and received his Certified Public Accountant license from the state of Massachusetts. In addition to being a partner at MMC, Mike coaches basketball and baseball in the town of Grafton, he is the Treasurer of the Grafton Little League, he is a corporator and member of the Hometown Bank Advisory Board, and served on the Board of Trustees at Millbury Savings Bank. He lives in Grafton with his wife, daughter, and son.
Leah M. McDonough, CPA
Leah graduated from Babson College in 2001 with a B.S. in Accounting. Leah worked for Arthur Andersen from 2001 to 2002 before transitioning to the Private Client Services group at PricewaterhouseCoopers where she became a tax manager and a Certified Public Accountant. In 2007, Leah left PwC and joined the Corporate Tax Group at CCR, LLP in Westborough where she worked as a tax manager for three years. Leah's focus was primarily advising companies held publicly and privately, closely-held businesses and their owners, multi-state and international corporations along with the related tax compliance. In the fall of 2010, Leah teamed up with her husband Mike in Millbury. She then joined him in the move of the practice to Sutton, MA in 2013. Leah is a founding partner of their firm, MMC, LLP.
Dennis E. Corsini, MST
Dennis graduated from Bryant College in 2001 with a B.S. in Accounting and earned his Masters Degree in Taxation from Bryant University in 2011. He was an adjunct Professor at the Providence campus of Johnson and Wales University teaching Corporate Finance at the graduate level. Dennis has a combined 8 years of public accounting experience with PricewaterhouseCoopers and LGC&D. In 2011, Dennis joined a multi-family office as the firm controller and tax manager. He has over 15 years of diverse tax experience including estate planning, individual taxation and planning, private equity partnerships, closely-held companies, family limited partnerships, international taxation, multinational C corporations, and general accounting. In January 2014, Dennis joined the practice with Mike and Leah and is a founding partner of their firm, MMC, LLP.
Michelle A. Kelly, Senior Accountant
Michelle graduated from Assumption College in 1999 with a B.S. in Accounting. She worked for CCR Advisory in Westborough, MA from 1999 to 2011 where she worked as a tax supervisor. She has a combined 15 years of public accounting experience with CCR Advisory and Grant Thorton working with privately held companies, family owned businesses, and individuals. Michelle's experience also includes the review and preparation of federal and state tax returns for corporations, S corporations, partnerships, LLC's, and individuals. Michelle joined MMC, LLP in January 2016 as a senior accountant.
